Christmas

We invite you to join us this Christmas at Wantage Community Church.

Christmas is a time to remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus, it is also a time to reflect, a time to be joyful, a time to give and a time to mourn. This past year has seen some real challenges with the war in the middle east and the cost of living still affecting many people. As we reflect on the Christmas story and Jesus at the centre of this season, a passage from the Bible says, Jesus is the Prince of Peace. At Wantage Community Church we want to celebrate and enjoy the Good news of Jesus being the Prince of Peace, that despite our circumstances we can turn to Jesus who is the Prince of Peace and ask Him to give peace to us this Christmas. If you want to know more come along and join us as we share the Christmas story with wreath making, carols, family friendly activities and some refreshments as well!
